Six Sigma Black Belt Training Terms of Use

Before ordering, you must agree to the following very simple terms of use. Please read the following carefully as it describes the restrictions we must place on these materials.

One of the great things about the class is that you will be given a multimedia "capture." This is a phenomenal feature for this type of course with a multitude of advanced topics. If you watched the course demo online, you have seen what it will look like: a PowerPoint slide with real-time annotations and a small video of me talking. This gives you an unparalleled resource to review the techniques we talk about in class at some later point when you find a use for them. However, this material is copyrighted! While you can review them as much and as frequently as you like for your own use, you are specifically not allowed to copy them, use them to instruct others, or to loan them to someone else without obtaining prior permission from The ROI Alliance, LLC. To do so is a violation of national and international law.

There are two exceptions to this. The first is the Effective Teaming section, which you can show your in-class project team. The second is that you can briefly view with someone these materials to show them what the class was like or a topic of interest. We are sure you will make a good judgment on what "briefly" means in this context. These materials are the intellectual product of many people and many years of experience, and as a professional, we are sure you understand why we need to restrict their use somewhat.
