How Does It Work?

You will have access through our Online Six Sigma portal, including a Discussion Board through which you can post questions to your instructor and to your other classmates.

Of course, if you need to talk directly to your instructor, this can be arranged as well, and a reasonable amount of telephone consultation is included in the course.

As you go through the course, you will be given examples of each new technique to work through with the instructor, and then you will have an opportunity to work a problem on your own. After each of the four 40 hour instruction blocks, you will take an online assessment to let you and your instructor know how you are doing. You can take this assessment as many times as you wish, but your instructor will receive a report for each occurrence. This will allow you and your instructor to identify and resolve any problem areas quickly.
